At DivineBeats3D, all products are made-to-order 3D printed art pieces, crafted and hand-assembled specifically for each customer.
1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 30 minutes of successful payment.

After 30 minutes, the order is considered confirmed and may enter production.

Once production has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during transit

The product received is defective or incorrect
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after order confirmation

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to 3D printing and hand assembly

Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery
3. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification.

After successful verification, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable

In case of approved replacements due to damage or defect, replacement shipping will be borne by DivineBeats3D
