Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DivineBeats3D, all products are made-to-order 3D printed art pieces, crafted and hand-assembled specifically for each customer.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 30 minutes of successful payment.

  • After 30 minutes, the order is considered confirmed and may enter production.

  • Once production has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product received is defective or incorrect

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to 3D printing and hand assembly

  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery


3. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification.

  • After successful verification, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of approved replacements due to damage or defect, replacement shipping will be borne by DivineBeats3D
