3. Products & Services

All products are 3D printed artworks and may have minor variations due to the nature of 3D printing and hand assembly.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page.
We accept payments through secure payment gateways authorized by Shopify, including cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
DivineBeats3D does not store or process your card or banking details directly.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production or dispatch, as most items are made to order.
DivineBeats3D reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India (and other regions if mentioned on the Site).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
DivineBeats3D is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos/videos.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including designs, images, logos, text, and 3D models, is the exclusive property of DivineBeats3D.
Any reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. User Responsibilities
